Right now, we're a brewery in planning so we don't have a location just yet. But, we are proudly prospecting locations in the Rondo neighborhood of Saint Paul. Rondo is very important to us, and this is our contribution to a community that the owner calls home.

At BLBC, we brew drinks for everyone. We plan to have beer, morning lattes, house-made nonalcoholic beverages, and more! We'll have a little something for everyone. Most importantly, everything will be delicious!

In chemistry, the bubble line is a graph that illustrates the temperature at which the first bubble of vapor is formed while heating a liquid. After surpassing this temperature, the liquid begins to boil. 

As the first Black woman owned and operated brewery in the state of Minnesota, our founder, Brittney Mikell, is ready to pour her compassion and joy into every single beverage, cup and person that Bubble Line Brewing Company will serve.
